Maintenance Assistant - Late Shift

Objective:

Auxiliary in executing conservation activities of heritage, performing maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations (small to medium complexity), following established criteria and procedures under guidance.

Attributions and responsibilities:

• Assist and execute preventive maintenance activities based on check-lists, inspecting/inspecting the functioning of pumps, water tanks, lighting, generators or hot water heaters, air conditioning, performing services and informing your superior about detected problems.

• Execute corrective maintenance in apartments, attending to simpler calls (replacing light bulbs, leaks etc.).

• Perform cleaning and painting of technical areas.

• Assist in executing area services involving masonry and painting, as well as transporting tools, tightening parts, passing cables and other related tasks.

• Conduct daily readings and record consumption of gas, water, and energy.

• Execute other correlated attributions according to the needs of the area.
