Maintenance Assistant
Job description
• Execute maintenance activities, both corrective and preventive, on: refrigeration machines, air conditioning equipment, telephone equipment, collective antenna, TV and radio tuning, etc.
• Carry out the Preventive Maintenance Plan daily.
• Replace light bulbs, reactors, outlets, and other components.
• Perform repairs to the hydraulic part of the hotel (baths, faucets, etc.).
• Inspect parking and garage areas, performing repairs and necessary maintenance.
• Verify daily the functioning state of water pumps, ensuring hot and cold water supply 24/7.
• Keep work tools organized and tidy.
• Organize documents from third-party companies.
• Complete open tasks in the system.
• Perform other activities as needed or upon management request.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Execute other correlated tasks according to area/hotel needs.
