Maintenance Assistant (Hotel Midscale)

Objective:

Maintenance assistant to execute conservation activities, performing maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations (small to medium complexity), following established criteria and procedures under guidance.

Responsibilities and attributions:

• Assist in executing preventive maintenance activities based on check-lists, inspecting/verifying the functioning of pumps, water tanks, lighting, generators or hot water heaters, air conditioning, performing services and informing supervisor about detected problems.

• Perform corrective maintenance on apartments, attending to simple calls (replacing light bulbs, leaks etc.).

• Carry out cleaning and painting of technical areas. • Assist in executing area services involving masonry and painting, as well as transporting tools, tightening parts, passing cables and other related tasks.

• Record daily consumption of gas, water, and energy.

• Perform pool cleaning (when applicable), vacuuming, measuring pH and chlorine levels.

• Follow procedures for the use of EPI and EPC.

• Execute other correlated attributions as needed according to area requirements.
