Maintenance Assistant - Bank - Care Home

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that will enable us to give our patients the quality care and support they deserve. It's important that our homes give the right first impression and that every area is always well-maintained. In the role of Bank Maintenance Assistant, you can expect plenty of variety as you provide the cover that ensures our building and grounds are at their best all day, every day. You'll be working closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will include tasks such as cleaning, painting, and general repairs. You may also be required to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors, and you must be comfortable with this. As a Bank Maintenance Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive environment. We're looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
