Mainframe Technical Lead
Job description
Required Skills and Experience: Must have 5 - 10 years of relevant experience. Core Technical Expertise: The role mandates enough years of experience in COBOL and ALGOL (desirable) programming as well as in Work Flow Language (WFL) for Unisys ClearPath MCP environments, alongside deep practical mainframe experience. System Analysis and Strategic Modernization: Responsibilities include in-depth system analysis, problem resolution for legacy applications, and contributing to strategic discussions on modernizing the mainframe environment. This includes analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing a roadmap for implementation. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure.
