Mainframe Operations Support Specialist Responsibilities Provide full technology stack planning, administration, and support for Client's Mainframe environment, including z/OS, Db2, CICS TS, MQ, and ISV software Monitor system health, schedule jobs (Autosys), and manage batch execution processes Manage disk and tape systems including virtual tape libraries Assist in ensuring Service Now CMDB is refreshed and updated so that it can be utilized for mainframe capacity planning Perform incident management and problem resolution activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of the Mainframe environment Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices Ensure compliance with Client's security policies and procedures Provide training and support to end-users on Mainframe operations and maintenance tasks
