Our portfolio includes over 100 completed projects and collaboration with 80 satisfied clients, with whom we establish and maintain long-term, partnership relations – averaging 5 years. We serve companies from both the USA and the EU, delivering top-level solutions. In this project, we are joining forces with a Swiss organization that creates innovative standards and tools for the construction industry (standardizing cost estimation, data exchange, and project management throughout the full investment lifecycle). WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for an independent Mid Frontend Developer with experience in Magento 2 to join us to kick off a new, exciting Greenfield project (from scratch)! Forget about fixing bugs left by predecessors and working on outdated templates. We are facing a complete migration of the e-commerce platform from the client's custom solution to Magento 2. The entire frontend is being built on a modern, lightweight, and extremely fast stack: Hyvä Theme + Tailwind CSS + Alpine.js. You will work closely with our Frontend Tech Lead, the backend team (which has excellent technical support), and QA, as well as have direct, partnership contact with the client from Switzerland. KEY TASKS IN THE POSITION: Work on a project from scratch (Greenfield): designing and implementing the frontend layer during the migration from a custom system to Magento 2. Development and coding: technical execution of assigned tasks with attention to code cleanliness and solution performance. Analysis and estimation: independent estimation and breaking down tasks into smaller components. R&D and optimization: proposing improvements in the project (technical, user flow, and performance frontend solutions). Communication with the team and client: close cooperation with technology leaders (Tomek and Michał), backend developers, and QA, as well as presenting your solutions directly to the client (in English). Quality control: ensuring the stability of delivered solutions through manual and automated testing of your own code. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE): Min. 3-5 years of commercial experience as a Frontend Developer. Very good knowledge of the Magento 2 platform. Experience and practical knowledge of Hyvä Theme. Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+). Knowledge of modern tools: Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js. Ability to work effectively with a ready-made design system and its development. Understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g., pipelines in Bitbucket). Basic knowledge of web accessibility standards (Accessibility / WCAG). Communicative English (minimum B2 or higher) – essential for daily contact with the client. High level of independence and a problem-solving attitude. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with modern JS stacks: React, Next.js, TypeScript. Practical knowledge of frontend performance optimization. Basic knowledge of PHP (facilitating efficient collaboration with backend developers). WHAT WE OFFER: Work on implementing new projects from scratch based on Magento 2 using Hyvä Themes. The first contract is for 3 months with a clear prospect of further cooperation and long-term development within Fabrity Commerce structures. Fully remote work from any location in Poland.
