Magazziniere/Economo - Vetera Matera

The chosen resource, located within the internal warehouse and adjacent to the residence, will be responsible for:

• Movement, loading and unloading of goods (mainly food & beverage materials) with suitable equipment
• Receipt, quality control and storage of received products to ensure correct supplies to different operational areas of the hotel
• To prepare periodic inventories about consumption materials food & beverage, equipment and regularly verify stock levels
• To establish procurement orders, prepare transportation documents (DDT) and accompanying bills, insert orders and data into the company's management system.
• Constant communication with the administrative and accounting office of the structure.
• Responsible for managing the warehouse, maintaining inventory levels, recording department withdrawals and assigning costs to the correct cost centers
