Job description
The chosen resource, located within the internal warehouse and adjacent to the residence, will be responsible for:
- Movement, loading and unloading of goods (mainly food & beverage materials) with suitable equipment
- Receipt, quality control and storage of received products to ensure correct supplies to different operational areas of the hotel
- To prepare periodic inventories about consumption materials food & beverage, equipment and regularly verify stock levels
- To establish procurement orders, prepare transportation documents (DDT) and accompanying bills, insert orders and data into the company's management system.
- Constant communication with the administrative and accounting office of the structure.
- Responsible for managing the warehouse, maintaining inventory levels, recording department withdrawals and assigning costs to the correct cost centers
