Technical Warehouse Worker

Work location: Muggia (Trieste)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Warehouse Worker to join our plant, which specializes in the design and production of industrial refrigeration systems and machinery.

The person will become part of the warehouse team and will play an important role in managing materials and components intended for production and orders, collaborating daily with production, the technical office, purchasing, and logistics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receiving, checking, and stocking materials
• Verifying incoming goods and related documentation
• Loading and unloading materials using a forklift
• Preparing and moving components for production and orders
• Managing incoming and outgoing items via a warehouse management system
• Using PDAs, barcode scanners, and tablets
• Managing materials through automated warehouse systems
• Preparing kits and components based on production bills of materials
• Checking stock levels and participating in inventory counts
• Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or anomalies
• Collaborating with production, purchasing, the technical office, and logistics to ensure the availability of materials needed for orders

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is precise, organized, and reliable, with experience in managing industrial warehouses and an interest in technical components.

The following are required:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial companies
• Forklift operator license
• Good proficiency with PDAs, barcodes, and tablets
• Ability to use warehouse management software
• Good computer skills
• Attitude towards orderliness and correct identification of materials
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT PLUS

Technical knowledge of the following will be particularly appreciated:

• Mechanical components
• Fittings and hydraulic fittings
• Piping
• Valves, fittings, and system components

Knowledge of SAP will be a preferential qualification.
