Picking Warehouse Assistant

Orienta Orienta S.p.A. Benefit subsidiary of Treviso selects, for a metalmechanics sector client, a Picking Warehouse Assistant at Fontanafredda (PN). The company is an important reality active since the '50s. Over half a century of experience in the sector, facilities on an area of 30,000 m² where 500 expert and trained employees operate, more than 7,000 installations realized in 80 countries and with the collaboration of over 30 partners. Main duties The resource, which will respond directly to the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for the following activities: - material acceptance (e.g. carpentry, electrical material, hydraulic) - preparation of equipment for delivery to the internal customer (other warehouses). through the use of elevating carts and electric pallet trucks with particular attention to the arrangement of the material - visual control of the quality of the material in acceptance - physical control of the material in acceptance (correspondence of DDT codes) Requirements - Degree: technical diploma preferably - Previous experience in acceptance activities preferably in the metalmechanics sector - Use of elevating carts and electric pallet trucks - Understanding of transportation documents - Ability to perform visual and physical control of the quality of the material in acceptance - Preferable knowledge of acceptance through palm and/or Gestionale (from January through SAP) - Preferable knowledge of Office Excel - Good teamwork skills, versatility in performing one's own task based on priorities, precision, and attention Schedule: full-time with availability to work on Saturday mornings.
