Attal Group, Labor Agency, specialized in personnel search and selection since 1998, to support ambitious development and growth plans of a major Multinational Company operating nationwide, is looking for motivated workers to join the successful team of our client at Lonate Pozzolo (VA). The job proposal is manual in nature, related to loading and unloading automated sorting lines. As a warehouse worker, your responsibilities will include: - Warehouse management; - Loading and unloading management; - Material subdivision for shipping; - Collaboration with the team to manage workflow. The following characteristics are required: - Flexibility in working hours; - Availability to work night shifts and holidays; - Availability for overtime; - Having a car. CANDIDATES WITHOUT EXPERIENCE WILL ALSO BE EVALUATED: 30 initial days plus subsequent extensions, to achieve an indefinite employment contract within 12 months CCNL: Logistics and Transport level 6 (the CCNL provides both 13th and 14th pay periods) WORKING HOURS: PART-TIME 30 HOURS on rotating shifts, possible turns (specifically, resources must be able to move autonomously to cover without difficulty even the night shift), Hours: 05:00 – 11:00 /06:00 -12:00 / 08:00 – 14:00 /11:00 – 17:00 /14:00 – 20:00 /17:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 06:00.
