Warehouse Worker / Warehouse Worker

We are looking for an experienced, independent, and responsible person for warehouse work, who will ensure the proper flow of goods, accuracy of stock levels, as well as order and proper organization of the warehouse space.

We are looking for someone who not only efficiently carries out current warehouse tasks but also pays attention to discrepancies, reacts to problems, and ensures the proper functioning of the warehouse, someone who does not remain indifferent to problems, can notice a discrepancy, report it, help determine its cause, and propose a solution.

Starting salary: PLN 6,500 gross per month.

After successful completion of the probationary period, there is a possibility of a salary increase, commensurate with the level of independence, commitment, and scope of responsibilities taken on.

Scope of duties:

• receiving and issuing goods,

• preparing goods and materials for dispatch,

• checking the compliance of deliveries with documentation,

• performing warehouse transfers,

• maintaining and verifying warehouse documentation,

• monitoring stock levels and reporting and explaining discrepancies,

• participating in inventory counts,

• proper placement and labeling of goods,

• ensuring efficient use of warehouse space,

• maintaining order and safety in the workplace,

• operating a forklift,

• reporting observed problems and suggesting improvements,

• cooperating with other company departments

• work may be carried out in shifts. During periods of increased workload, additional hours may also be required.

Required qualifications

• valid UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) certificates for operating forklift trucks / counterbalanced trucks
