Warehouse Employee
Job description
As a Warehouse Employee at this organization, you will work in the warehouse to ensure a smooth logistics process. Depending on your experience and interest, you will work within Inbound, Picking, Pre-receipt, or Cyclecount.
- Receiving, checking, and storing goods;
- Collecting and preparing orders for shipment;
- Processing goods in the ERP and WMS system;
- Performing inventory counts;
- Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies;
- Close collaboration with colleagues from the Warehouse and other departments such as Operations, Shipping & Logistics, Facility, and Production;
- A varied role within a professional Warehouse;
- Employment conditions according to the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement (CAO);
- Travel expenses reimbursement for all kilometers driven;
- A gross monthly salary between € 2,500 and € 3,600, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV (advance leave) days for a full-time employment;
- Every Friday one hour ADV, allowing your weekend to start earlier;

You work accurately, take initiative, and take responsibility for your work. You can adapt quickly when things change and enjoy finding practical solutions.
- Completed logistics education at at least MBO level 2;
- Experience with warehouse processes, preferably within a manufacturing or machine building environment;
- Experience with EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) and/or forklift;
- Experience with ERP systems and preferably also with WMS systems such as Ridder iQ and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Experience with an RF scanner;
- Good command of the Dutch language; knowledge of the English language is a plus;
- Forklift certificate;
- Reach truck certificate;
- VCA (Safety, Health, and Environment Checklist for Contractors);
