Task description :
- Receiving customers at our warehouse reception, creating new customers, preparing order and delivery slips, invoicing.
- Active follow-up, management, storage, and processing of orders, and communication with the workshop and reception customers.
- Inventory management, logistics (packing/unpacking), and administrative tasks, searching for parts.
- Continuously ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Assisting in preparing quotes and specifications.
- Following up, coordinating, and executing orders in parts systems.
- You will follow all relevant procedure training + a selection of the most important product-technical and reception skills training.
ProfileProfile :
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related role in a garage or technical company.
- Solid basic knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of MS Office programs, affinity with or knowledge of digital SAP platforms and/or ordering systems and/or X-Power.
- Hands-on mentality, creative, curious, stress-resistant, flexible, and multi-functional team player. Spontaneous communication skills both verbally and digitally, with an independent and responsible attitude.
- Structured work attitude and discipline, methodical approach, eager to learn.
- Sufficient organizational skills to manage goods flows and procedures with an overview.
- big plus: forklift driver certificate / C driving license

Employment :
- Full-time in a 38-hour work week – 6 days in a 2-shift system (one week “early shift”, one week “late shift”) between 08:00 and 18:30, and every 2nd Saturday morning (from 08:00 to 12:00).
- You will work in tandem with a colleague warehouse employee.
- Salary negotiable.
- Permanent contract after successful interim period.
