Warehouse Manager
Job description
What will you do?
As a logistics manager, you are the linchpin of our warehouse management. You ensure the smooth flow of goods and always maintain an overview:
- Goods receipt & location management: You receive deliveries and assign them correctly within the warehouse.
- Inventory management: You manage stock volumes and ensure an up-to-date and accurate inventory.
- Administration & ERP: You process everything administratively in our ERP system and prepare the correct documents.
- Communication: You maintain contact with suppliers, project leaders, workers, and colleagues.
- Collaboration: You work closely with your fellow co-manager to ensure the warehouse runs optimally.
Profile
We are looking for a driven and meticulous logistics manager with experience, who keeps a cool head in a dynamic environment and draws energy from structure, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Relevant experience within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Fluent command of Dutch, supplemented by a good knowledge of French and English.
- Technical insight and familiarity with working on a PC and in an ERP system.
- In possession of a valid forklift or reach truck certificate and practical experience with it.
- Eye for detail, orderly, and reliable in tracking inventory and administration.
- Independently deployable with a proactive attitude.
- Strong social skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
