You are responsible for contributing to the realization of construction projects by ensuring the quality and precision of the works.
- Ensure the preparation and securing of the site, including reading plans and implementing works.
- Carry out large-scale work such as creating foundations, laying slabs and assembling walls.
- Execute specific techniques, including traditional formwork, ironwork and reinforced concrete pouring.
- Create or modify openings in existing or new building structures, such as doors and windows.
- Perform finishing work, including applying coatings, smoothing and creating caps.
The client is ready to offer the following conditions:
- Contract: CDI The Maçon (F/H) position requires expertise in construction, renovation of complex structures, and mastery of advanced masonry techniques.
- Mastery of site safety and implementation of works, including reading detailed plans
- Confirmed experience in assembling walls with bricks, blocks, and stones, and laying slabs and foundations
- Competence in creating traditional wooden formwork and pouring reinforced concrete for heavy structures
- Ability to create or modify openings in new or existing structures according to architectural plans
- Formation: CAP Maçonnerie or equivalent certification required to ensure recognized technical expertise in the sector
