Machining Technician

Manpower For our Production division, we are looking for a Machining Technician (H/F) whose main mission will be to participate in the implementation, development and optimization of machining processes on our production equipment. Activities - Define optimal machining processes in terms of strategy, quality, cycle time and tool wear - Participate in industrializing new products and processes and formalize reference states - Conduct production tests in collaboration with partner services and produce associated reports - Ensure technical support and a presence on site for production - Perpetuate professional know-how by performing instructions and piloting site references Profile - CFC Polymechanic completed with an Engineer HES / Technician ES degree in microtechnology (or equivalent) - Recognized skills in machining on CNC machines (programming, milling) - Mastery of CNC machine operation and adjustment, as well as interfaces - In-depth knowledge of a CAD software and mastery of ISO programming - Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team - Force of proposals, autonomy, rigor, taste for the terrain, analytical and synthetic spirit We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions and top-notch social benefits.
