Machine Setter Injection Moulding

Are you technically inclined and do you get energy from ensuring production machines run optimally? Then we have a great challenge for you. As a Machine Setter, you are responsible for setting up, converting, and optimizing various production lines within a modern production environment. You ensure that the production process continues to run smoothly and intervene immediately when technical deviations or minor malfunctions occur. Furthermore, you work closely with operators, mechanics, and the technical department to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the process.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and converting production machines;
• Monitoring the production process and quality;
• Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions;
• Performing checks and measurements;
• Supporting operators with technical questions;
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and optimizations;
• Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.

You will receive, among other things:

• A salary between €3,000 and €3,700 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience;

• Technical insight and affinity with production processes;
• Experience within a production environment is a plus;
• A completed technical education at MBO-level (secondary vocational education);
• Experience with setting up or converting machines;
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
• Willingness to work in shifts if necessary;
• Good command of the Dutch language.
