We have been entrusted with finding a: Machine Tool Maintainer Work location: Busano (TO) The job: The identified resource will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with the technical team, responsible for: - Performing preventive, predictive, and extraordinary maintenance on machine tools (lathes, milling machines, etc.). - Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. - Replacing worn-out components and regulating machines to ensure proper functioning. - Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime. - Participating in technical training and updating on new equipment and technologies. The profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mechanical maintenance and possess the following requirements: - Technical diploma (mechanic or similar) or equivalent qualification. - At least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance on machine tools or production plants. - Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. - Manual skills and ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). - Problem-solving ability and teamwork attitude. - Familiarity with CNC programming basics and maintenance logics is desirable.
