Machine Setter / Operator

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and committed machine operator to join our day shift Bottling and Packaging Technician team at our Auckland Winery in Glendene.

Hours: 6AM – 6PM, Monday – Wednesday, 34.5 Hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

• Set up and operate bottling and packaging machines according to SOPs
• Respond promptly to machine issues and coordinate with engineering support
• Perform quality assurance tests and adjust machines to meet product specifications
• Complete machine changeovers and maintain accurate downtime logs
• Conduct cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance tasks to industry standards
• Ensure quality and delivery targets are achieved

About you

• Experience working with bottling and packing machinery and equipment
• Skilled in packing operations ideally within Wine/Beverage industry or similar
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliability with a great work ethic
• A self-starting attitude with the energy, motivation, and stamina required to be effective in a dynamic and demanding environment
