Description About the role We’re looking for Machine Operators to join our team, responsible for operating and maintaining machinery within our production facility. Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines; • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met; • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment as needed; • Identify and report any defects or malfunctions in machinery or equipment; • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and improve overall performance. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role; • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to operate complex machinery; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • High school diploma or equivalent required.
