Machine Operator with FLT - Rotating Shifts

Shifts: Rotating AM and PM

Salary:13.06

Are you an experienced machine operator with a valid FLT license? We're looking for a Machine Operator who can also support with Forklift Truck duties to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team.

• Operate winder machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Carry out quality checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Use FLT to move raw materials, finished goods, and support production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any faults or downtime.
• Work collaboratively with team members across rotating shifts.

• Previous experience in machine operating (winder experience preferred).
• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
