What you will do As a machine operator, you contribute to a smooth and efficient production process within an informal family business in Sneek. You work with machines and have a varied role where you combine technical skills with a hands-on mentality. You ensure that the production runs according to plan, perform quality controls, and work together with colleagues to continuously improve the process. What you will do: Machines set up and operate: according to the production plans and instructions; Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines; Ensure proper functioning of machines during operation; Monitor and report any malfunctions or irregularities in machine performance; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes; Work together with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve overall efficiency.
