Machine Operator Bladel | 2 Shifts | Long Weekend | From €2900,-

What you will do:

As a machine operator, you will be busy daily operating and controlling the production machines. You will ensure that production runs smoothly and that every order is made according to the correct specifications. Your tasks include:

• You set up the machine based on the production order.

• You supply the necessary materials and ensure the machine is ready for production.

• You operate the machine and closely monitor the progress during the process.

• You periodically check if the products meet the quality requirements.

• You make minor adjustments to the machine as needed.

• You register the production data and quantities in the system.

• You identify deviations or malfunctions and involve the right colleague when necessary.

• You ensure that the produced orders are neatly finished and prepared for the next step.

• A starting salary from €2,950 gross per month, including shift allowance.

Requirements:

• Experience as an operator or in a production environment is a plus, but not a strict requirement.

• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.

• You are motivated and open to learning new things.

• You speak Dutch and/or English.

• You do not mind working in a 2-shift system.

• You are willing to develop yourself into an independent operator.
