Machine Operator

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
7 shifts per fortnight with rostered weekends paid at penalty rates
Day shift hours: 6.00 am - 6.00pm
Night shift hours: 6.00pm - 6.00am
Up to $40 per hour + super + O/T + annual bonus
- Multiple permanent positions
- Work 7 shifts per fortnight
- Day and Night shifts available
- Immediate start available
- Dandenong South Location

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Operation of high-speed food production and packaging machinery
- Routine quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and reporting faults
- Accurately completing production documentation and adhering to safety procedures
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- A proactive and reliable work ethic with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Sound communication skills and a willingness to learn
