About the function

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for an optimal production process. You work in a 2-shift system and ensure that the production lines run safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You will be involved in:

• Operating, setting up, and converting machines;
• Preventing and resolving technical malfunctions;
• Monitoring product quality;
• Performing checks and registrations;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborating with colleagues during shift handovers;
• Contributing to a safe production environment.

For you

• A salary between €2,590 and €3,045 gross per month, excluding a 14.2% shift allowance;
• 39 days off per year (26 vacation days + 13 ADV days), with the option to pay out ADV;
• Additional vacation days from your 46th birthday;
• 8% holiday pay in May and 8% bonus in November;
• A good pension scheme (Interface pays 2/3 of the premium);
• Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.25 per km (up to 100 km per day) or full public transport reimbursement;

About you

• You work accurately and are reliable;
• You quickly pick up new tasks;
• You communicate clearly with colleagues (NL, basic EN is sufficient);
• Experience as an operator is a plus, but not a must;
• You feel at home in a production environment;
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
