Job Description
As a machine operator, you play a crucial role within our production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our filter tubes are produced on time and according to the highest quality standards. You will have a varied role in which technology, responsibility, and teamwork are central.
Your tasks:
•Supplying the production machines with the necessary raw materials.
•Setting up, operating, and monitoring various production machines according to technical specifications and work orders.
•Registering product data and casting numbers to ensure correct traceability.
•Converting, adjusting, and preparing machines for new production runs.
•Removing and processing produced filter tubes.
•Performing quality checks on quantities, dimensions, and specifications of the products.
•Correctly registering measurement results and production data.
•Reporting deviations, errors, or technical problems to the production coordinator or maintenance technician.
•Actively contributing to a safe, efficient, and quality-oriented work environment.
•Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety on the work floor.
•Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth production.
Profile
You are a technical talent who likes to roll up your sleeves and gets energy from a high-quality production process. You work meticulously, think in a solution-oriented manner, and feel at home in a technical environment.
•In addition, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
•You have a technical education or relevant work experience in a production or technical environment.
•You have good technical insight and a strong interest in mechanics and production processes.
•You can read and correctly interpret technical drawings.
•You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system.
•You work independently and meticulously, with great attention to safety, order, and cleanliness.
•You are a true team player and communicate fluently with colleagues and supervisors.
•You have an eye for detail and always strive for a high level of quality.
•You take responsibility and proactively contribute to the optimal running of the production process.
•Experience as a machine operator is a plus, but we find strong technical affinity, motivation, and willingness to learn at least as important.
