2XM Recruit (Australia) are a leading National Provider of Recruitment & Labour Hire Services with over 10 years experience supplying qualified blue collar personnel to the Mining, Engineering, Construction & Rail industries across Australia.
We have ongoing trusted and valued working relationships with Major Mining Engineering Contractors who operate in the Project Space, Shutdown & Maintenance, & Construction environment within the Mining Industry.
Our Project and Shutdown & Maintenance Division is one of the busiest across the WA Australian Mining Industry with consistent ongoing FIFO Rosters and Shutdowns across RIO, FMG, BHP, Roy Hill and Newcrest sites.
We are currently looking for – All Round Operator
All positions on offer are based on a casual basis, with the possibility of being offered long term.

- Excavator, It Tool carrier, Front end loader
- Tank Pads and Culverts
- $55ph
- ASAP Start
- 2 x years’ experience
Job 2
- 9 x month project
- Goldfields and BHP
- Dewatering projects - Pipe burials, Clearing and grubbing, Installing culverts and road crossings. Installation of pumps and pipework, all valving and fittings
- Pay Rate: $60 - $65 depending on experience
- All Round Operator – Must have HR
- Excavator, IT tool carrier, Grader, Dozer, Front end loader
- BHP Inducted
- FIFO: 2:1 Roster
- Must have 2 x years’ experience
