Machine Maintenance Supervisor

Job Objective:

Responsible for supervising the execution of preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance and continuous improvement. Administration of technical personnel and maintenance performance metrics (Machine Uptime, Maintenance Cost, MTTR, MTBF, Compliance with MP, OEE). Generation of strategies to improve the aforementioned metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision of maintenance technicians on the floor
• Generation of reports, strategies and establishing improvements based on maintenance performance metrics

Specific Tasks:

1. Supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities in different production lines (Machining, Anodizing).
2. Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with Quality System Policies and Procedures.
4. Promote continuous improvement in production lines.
5. Analyze and generate strategies based on reports generated by supervisors under their charge
6. Support MFE, MFO, and tools in activities and/or projects required
7. Work efficiently and apply the 5S principles in the work area
8. Generate reports and improvement strategies based on department performance metrics.
9. Analyze and generate actions and strategies to ensure compliance with production area metrics
10. Generate statistical reports based on information about the materials used in the area
