Our mission is to make powerful AI-driven financial and business tools accessible to everyone from individuals starting side hustles to enterprises scaling globally. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and driven MLOps Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve our machine learning models, pipelines, and workflows. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring ML experiments, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into our products. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and monitor ML experiments using various tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Develop and maintain ML pipelines and workflows using Apache Beam, Airflow, or other workflow management systems. • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML models into our products, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results. • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment of ML models into production environments. • Develop and maintain documentation for ML experiments, pipelines, and workflows. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MLOps and AI/ML research, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and tools. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in MLOps, ML engineering, or a related field. • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning. • Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Julia. • Familiarity with MLOps tools and technologies such as Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Apache Beam, Airflow, or other workflow management systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex ML models and workflows. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
