Responsibilities Team Introduction E-commerce is a new and fast growing business that aims at connecting all customers to excellent sellers and quality products on TikTok Shop, through E-commerce live-streaming, E-commerce short videos, and commodity recommendation. We are a group of applied machine learning engineers and data scientists that focus on E-commerce recommendations. We are developing innovative algorithms and techniques to improve user engagement and satisfaction, converting creative ideas into real-world solutions. As a Machine Learning Engineer Graduate, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating machine learning models and algorithms for recommendation systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into our E-commerce platform. You will also contribute to the development of new features and functionalities that leverage machine learning techniques to improve user experience and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include: Developing and deploying machine learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch; Collaborating with data scientists to design and implement experiments for model evaluation; Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate machine learning models into our E-commerce platform; Conducting A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of different machine learning models on user engagement and satisfaction. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who has a strong passion for machine learning and E-commerce. If you have a PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields, and have experience working with large-scale datasets and developing predictive models using machine learning algorithms, we would love to hear from you.
