Your new job

Train models that really run in production – not just in a notebook. At botario, you'll develop the ML systems behind our AI Agents: from the first experiment to training and efficient serving. Our application field is exciting, moving quickly, and you'll grow with every model you build.

You will be involved in

• You develop, train, and fine-tune Deep-Learning models – from initial experiments to productive use
• You follow the Open-Source and Research landscape, evaluate new models and architectures, and build on the best ideas
• You build training and evaluation pipelines, with which we measure quality instead of guessing
• You bring your models into production: efficient serving, versioning, monitoring
• You get familiar with new domains and make them your own

The qualifications you need

• You have a solid ML background and good PyTorch knowledge – model training is your everyday routine, not an exception
• You don't need audio or speech experience to bring along – curiosity and a good Torch background are enough: We'll get you into the domain
• You read papers and Open-Source code not just, but reproduce and extend them
• You have very good programming skills in Python and aren't afraid to tackle unfamiliar topics
• Desirable: Experience with bringing your own models into productive use
• You work well in a team and with agile methods
• You communicate securely in English, ideally also German
