Your tasks
Independent operation and setup of punching and bending machines (especially Bihler machines) for the manufacture of precision parts
Faultless installation and adjustment of tools to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
Safeguarding all production-relevant processes at machines and equipment, as well as adjusting reference parts according to drawing specifications and obtaining approval from quality control
Regular monitoring and documentation of used tools, materials, and reference parts to maintain the highest quality standards
Independent maintenance and care of machines, as well as responsible maintenance of tools and production facilities
Careful guidance and management of production-related documents and records
Your profile
SUCCESSFUL completion of technical training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or in a comparable field (m/w/d)
Relevant work experience in setting up and operating punching/bending machines (preferably Bihler machines)
Fundamental knowledge in mechatronics, electronics, and mechanics; experience in programming machine controls is advantageous
A high level of quality awareness and a precise, structured working method
Outstanding teamwork skills, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset
Taking responsibility, being meticulous and proactive in approaching work quality
