We are looking for a motivated Machine and Plant Operator (m/w/d) for production in Pforzheim. 

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and contribute to the quality assurance of our products. This is what your new employer offers:

Your tasks: Operate, monitor, and control machines and plants 
Perform maintenance and repair work on production facilities 
Document all quality-relevant production data and quality controls

Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, quality, and safety regulations
Responsible adherence to the cleaning plans of the facility
Collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient production
Your profile: Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
Schedule flexibility in a multi-shift operation

Experience in a production company, ideally with process-oriented production facilities
Good German language skills in writing and speaking
Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
Physical and chemical fundamentals
Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
Fast comprehension, high learning readiness, and analytical thinking
