e-work SpA, Employment Agency, selects a MACELLAIO/A MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The resource will be responsible for: - Meat processing (cutting, deboning, preparations); - Setting up and managing the deli counter; - Service and consulting with customers; - Quality control and freshness of products; - Maintenance of hygienic-sanitary standards and HACCP procedures. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience as a butcher; - Knowledge of cutting and processing techniques; - Good predisposition to interacting with the public; - Precision and attention to quality; - Availability to work on shifts and weekends, if required. OFFER: - Part-time contract for 30 hours per week; - Insertion into a dynamic and structured context; - CCNL COMMERCIO, classification commensurate with experience - initial insertion on a fixed-term basis; - SCHEDULE: on shifts, in the time slot from 7:00 to 21:30, from Monday to Sunday with one day of rest per week rotating.
