Humangest S.p.A. - Labour Agency, Salerno Branch, is looking for a resource to be inserted as MACELLAIO for an important retail point located in Torre del Greco (NA). MAIN ACTIVITIES The selected resource will be responsible for: - Processing, cutting and preparing meats according to company standards; - Disassembly, portioning and packaging of products; - Setting up and managing the meat counter; - Supporting customers in choosing products, ensuring a professional service; - Quality control, respecting sanitary norms and correct HACCP management; - Rearranging and cleaning their own work area. REQUIRED SKILLS - Previous experience as a butcher or meat department assistant; - Ability to use cutting tools and typical equipment for the department; - Knowledge of meat processing and conservation techniques; - Precision, reliability and attention to detail; - Good interpersonal skills and predisposition to teamwork; - Immediate availability.
