Within the Social House of Erpe-Mere, we are looking for two social workers (B1-B3bis).
As a social worker, you help people to lead a life that corresponds to human dignity. You support them with challenges in daily life, offer perspective, and work together on sustainable solutions. In this way, you contribute every day to a better quality of life for people who are struggling.

Furthermore:
Diploma
You possess a diploma that meets the diploma requirements for a social worker as determined by the ministerial decree of January 11, 2024.
Recent graduates are also warmly welcome. Enthusiasm and motivation are at least as important to us as experience.

- You are the first point of contact for residents with a request for help.
- You conduct intake interviews and make home visits.
- You examine social and financial files and draw up social reports.
- You guide clients in various life domains: income, housing, welfare, and activation.
- You draw up support plans and follow them up closely.
- You refer clients to the appropriate care services and build a strong network.
- You guide political refugees.
- You actively participate in projects within the Social House.
Profile Who are we looking for?
You are someone who enjoys helping people move forward and who excels at listening, analyzing, and collaborating.
Furthermore:
- you have knowledge of the social map and the functioning of a Public Centre for Social Welfare (OCMW);
- you communicate fluently and empathetically;
- you can analyze complex situations and work solution-oriented;
- you work accurately and administratively correctly;
- you are stress-resistant and flexible;
- you handle confidential information discreetly;
- you possess a B driving license.
Diploma
You possess a diploma that meets the diploma requirements for a social worker as determined by the ministerial decree of January 11, 2024.
Recent graduates are also warmly welcome. Enthusiasm and motivation are at least as important to us as experience.
