Your Tasks

• M&A Processes: Support in the strategy and execution of practice acquisitions, including due diligence and financial modeling.

• Market and Financial Data Analysis: Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of financial and market data relevant for investment decisions.

• Sparring with the Leadership Team: Direct collaboration with our executives on important M&A topics and strategic decisions.

• Creation of Decision Matrices and Background Analyses: Development of decision-making bases to support the acquisition strategy.

• Research and Negotiation Preparation: Support in planning and conducting purchase price negotiations.

• Accounting and Controlling: Assistance with operational tasks in the financial management of our practices.

Your Profile

We are looking for ambitious talents who want more than a standard internship – a demanding role with high personal responsibility and significant impact.

• Excellent academic performance and analytical strength.

• High affinity for numbers and MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is an advantage.

• Ambition and motivation to sustainably change the healthcare industry with us.

• Excellent communication skills in German (C2).

• (Ideally) initial relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, PE, VC, or a similar field.

• Discretion and the ability to work focused in a challenging environment.
