You're looking for a steep learning curve, direct responsibility, and an atmosphere where your opinion counts? At our company, you'll be part of the project team from day one. You'll work directly with various process participants and decision-makers together and develop tailored solutions for our clients. You'll receive the opportunity to accompany demanding consulting projects on both the buy- & sell-side and personally develop yourself.

Tasks

Your Mission

• You'll accompany demanding buy- & sell-side mandates actively and shape these with.
• Hands-on mentality: You'll steer (part-)projects in the areas of M&A, Distressed M&A, and Debt Advisory operationally.
• Analytical excellence: You'll create complex financial models and steer due-diligence processes that form the basis for our successes.
• Networker: You'll identify and speak to potential investors and targets, and work directly with decision-makers together.

Qualification

You bring this with you

• Track Record: You've already gained relevant experience as an analyst in a consulting or corporate finance/transaction environment – ideally with transaction experience or in the distressed context.
• Academic Excellence: A very good degree from a renowned university (Finance/Strategy/Accounting) is your foundation.
• Hard Skills: Excel and PowerPoint are your second language. You'll communicate confidently on German and English.
• Mindset: You're a communicative team player with the willingness to show full commitment for our clients and transactions. Self-reliance and initiative are self-evident for you.
