M&A Associate (w/m/d)

We are looking for an M&A Associate (w/m/d) for our growing corporate group in Berlin.

As an M&A Associate, you will support the M&A team and accompany transactions from start to finish independently.

Tasks

• Support in all corporate acquisitions in close cooperation with the M&A team, the Head of M&A, and the CEOs (CEO and CFO)
• Identification and proactive approach to potential acquisition targets, particularly in the field of work safety and occupational medicine
• Implementation of company valuations, development of transaction structures, and preparation and negotiation of offers and contract documents
• Support in the guidance and implementation of buy-side transactions, including coordination with all involved stakeholders and external advisors
• Independent implementation of smaller transactions

Qualification

• Fundamental professional experience in the fields of M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Finance, or a comparable field
• At least 1 to 2 years of M&A transaction experience
• Experience working with medium-sized, dynamic companies is advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, structured work style and developed analytical thinking
• Mother tongue-level German language skills
