M&A Associate

A leading investment banking firm is seeking a dynamic and driven M&A Associate to join its high-performing team in Johannesburg. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong exposure to cross-border transactions across Africa.

:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Investments, or a related field
✅ Matric results: minimum 80% in Mathematics and 70% in English (or equivalent A-levels)
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity, or valuations
✅ Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
✅ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
✅ Open to candidates of all nationalities and backgrounds
