Job description
- Key Responsibilities:

Deal Execution:
Lead or support end-to-end M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. -
Financial Analysis & Modeling:
Build and review complex financial models including valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps), accretion/dilution analysis, and scenario planning. -
Due Diligence:
Coordinate and manage due diligence processes across legal, financial, commercial, and operational workstreams. -
Market & Industry Research:
Conduct sector-agnostic market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets across APAC. -
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, strategy, operations) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsel). -
Presentation & Communication:
Prepare investment memos, board presentations, and pitch materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders. -
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to corporate strategy discussions and long-term growth initiatives through inorganic expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred for VP level.
- 2-10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
