M&A Analyst

Partner One is looking for an M&A Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent role. The M&A Analyst will be a key member of our investment team, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and divestitures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a proven track record of success in M&A transactions. The M&A Analyst will be expected to work closely with our investment team, including our Managing Directors, to develop and execute investment strategies. This role will also involve working closely with our portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to help drive growth and profitability. The M&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing financial data, and preparing investment memorandums. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The M&A Analyst will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. The M&A Analyst will be based in our New York office, with occasional travel to meet with portfolio companies and attend industry events.
