Page Personnel The resource will deal with the following activities: - Preparation of pitches, teasers and information memoranda - Analysis of the historical performance of the company (Valuation) - Creation of economic-financial models for the development of Business Plans - Financial Due Diligence - Management of the fieldwork of the assigned dossiers and relationships with the key figures of the client companies - Support in structuring deals and in negotiation with Banks, Funds and Investors…
