M&A Analyst / Associate | Renewablea (m/w/d)

Location: Konstanz | Start: As soon as possible

Aufgaben

  • Participation in M&A and financing mandates in the field of renewable energies in Europe – from analysis to closing
  • Financial modeling and valuation of companies and projects (integrated models, sensitivities, scenarios)
  • Preparation of teasers, information memorandums, and decision-making documents for investors and lenders
  • Analysis of transaction, financing, and due diligence documents
  • Market and company analyses, as well as direct cooperation with experienced deal leads and clients in ongoing transactions

Qualifikation

  • Your Profile

  • As Analyst (m/w/d):

  • Completed studies or near completion

  • First relevant internships or work experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or financial modeling

  • As Associate (m/w/d):

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or project financing

  • Desirable first experience with independent work packages in transactions

  • Knowledge of renewable energies is a plus

  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling; programming knowledge is advantageous

  • Excellent analytical skills, numerical understanding, and a structured and precise working style

  • Fluent German and English skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
