M365 Training Specialist (f/m/x) Szczecin Your responsibilities Deliver training sessions for employees on digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and internal systems Build and engage user communities within the organization to support adoption of new technologies Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, short demo videos, and tips & tricks Provide hands-on user support during and after training to help employees apply new skills in daily work Gather feedback from participants to improve future training sessions Ensure that all training materials are accessible and compliant with organizational policies and guidelines
