Job description
M365 Training Specialist (f/m/x) Place of work: Białystok Your responsibilities Deliver training sessions for employees on digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and internal systems Build and engage user communities within the organization to support adoption of new technologies Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, short demo videos, and tips & tricks Provide hands-on user support during and after training to help employees apply new skills in daily work Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and services
