M365 / SharePoint Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

How you can contribute to us In our Digital Workplace Solutions team, you have the opportunity to actively shape the further development of our M365 and SharePoint environment. As a technical and conceptual interface, you connect IT, Information Management and our specialist departments – and thus create real added value for the entire organization. With your commitment, you ensure the secure operation and drive the efficient further development of our digital collaboration and communication platforms. These are your tasks: * You are responsible for the technical conception, implementation, and operation of our M365 and SharePoint environment. * You advise the specialist departments on the use of M365 and SharePoint functionalities and support them in the implementation of their requirements. * You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential. * You are responsible for the further development of our SharePoint platform, including the implementation of new functionalities and the integration of third-party systems. * You ensure the security and compliance of our M365 and SharePoint environment. * You are the contact person for our internal IT and external partners for all questions relating to M365 and SharePoint. * You document your work and create technical documentation. * You participate in projects and support the project team. What you bring with you * Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in the M365 and SharePoint environment. * In-depth knowledge of the M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform. * Experience in the conception, implementation, and operation of SharePoint solutions. * Knowledge of relevant technologies such as PowerShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs. * Very good analytical and conceptual skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner. * Independent and structured way of working. * Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
