Scope of duties: Independent analysis of reported user needs and categorization of tasks for relevant support teams Migration, optimization, and recreation of scripts from Google Apps Script to solutions based on VBA, Office Scripts, and Power Automate Rebuilding and recreating existing Google Sites in the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly SharePoint Online Supporting business users in migrating processes and work tools to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Providing technical support, answering user questions, and transferring knowledge about M365 tools Creating and updating technical documentation, user manuals, and support materials for implemented solutions Requirements: Practical experience in implementing migration projects from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Very good knowledge of creating advanced macros, scripts, and automations in Microsoft Excel using VBA Ability to read, analyze, and recreate solutions based on Google Apps Script in the Microsoft ecosystem Practical experience in designing, building, and developing modern sites and portals in SharePoint Online Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Power Automate, Teams, Forms, and SharePoint Online Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform High level of independence and ability to organize one's own work and take responsibility for implemented tasks Very good communication skills and the ability to convey technical issues in a way that is understandable to business users Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on user support and needs Ability to analyze, select, and prioritize reported needs and effectively manage tasks
