We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 & Collaboration Tools Administrator who can the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft 365 (M365) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing automation solutions that integrate with M365 and other collaboration tools. • Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and workflows. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to M365 and collaboration tools. • Providing training and support to end-users on the use of automation solutions and M365 features. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in M365 and collaboration tools, and applying that knowledge to improve existing processes and develop new solutions. Requirements: • 6-15 years of experience in IT, preferably in a role related to M365 or collaboration tools. • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to develop solutions that meet those needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
